What I Wore On My Friend’s Wedding?? | Outfit For Friend’s Wedding | passion4fashion.in
I hope that everyone is doing good! If you are following me on my Instagram, then you probably know that I recently attended my friend’s wedding. So, I decided to recreate that look (with some changes) and write a blog post on it. Soo yaa!! Let’s jump into the post…
Since it was my friend’s wedding I wanted to look pretty. So I decided to wear a saree. I personally love wearing sarees. They are evergreen. And I think Indian weddings are incomplete without sarees. So if you want to attend a friend’s wedding, saree is the best outfit to choose.
Plain sarees are always in demand. And their enchantment never subsides. I planned this saree 2-3 days before the wedding. I wanted to team up it with a brocade blouse but I can’t find the one which would match to my saree. This saree has the broad golden border. So I ended up wearing the blouse I got along with the saree which also has golden sleeves. To add a little charm to the outfit, I added jhumkas, waist belt or kamar chain, neckpiece + green and golden bangles. I know the color of bangles is different than my saree but it was a Maharashtrian wedding and a Maharashtrian wedding is incomplete without green bangles. that’s why I wore them. Actually, dressing up in a modest yet traditional and also with a pinch of modernity is a great idea… right?
Coming to the hairstyle, I tied my hairs in a bun which is also called as ambada with a gajra. Gajra is a beautiful hair accessory and you can always rely on it for transforming any hairstyle so I wore gajra along with a pretty ear to hair vel used as a hair accessory and a hairpin.
And finally, makeup! I kept it minimal and neutral and went with black smoky eyes and pink lips.
